METHODS, DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS OF DELIVERY OR COLLECTION OF ORDERS
1. The Seller provides deliveries within Poland and to EU countries using its own transport or subcontracted transport companies.
2. Deliveries are subject to charges and the costs shall be borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The exact delivery costs are determined after placing an order or result from the logistics service price list for courier shipments.
For domestic customers, pallet shipments are carried out in cooperation with the Raben forwarding company. Smaller orders shipped as parcels are delivered by DPD courier.
Delivery costs at Elementum:
▪ Parcel transport up to 3 kg – PLN 18 net
▪ Parcel transport up to 30 kg – PLN 28 net
▪ Parcel transport over 30 kg (max. 50 kg) – PLN 65 net
▪ Half EURO pallet transport (0.6 x 0.8 m up to 200 kg) – PLN 90 net
▪ EURO pallet transport (1.2 x 0.8 m up to 600 kg) – PLN 170 net
▪ Industrial pallet transport (1.2 x 1.2 m up to 800 kg) – PLN 220 net
▪ Module pallet transport (1.8 x 1.2 m up to 800 kg) – PLN 300 net
▪ Module pallet transport (max. 2.0 x 1.2 m up to 800 kg) – PLN 330 net
▪ Module pallet transport (max. 2.4 x 1.3 m up to 1200 kg) – PLN 390 net
▪ Transport of profiles or long goods (max. 2.40 x 0.3 x 0.3 m up to 30 kg) – PLN 100 net
▪ Transport of profiles or long goods (max. 2.4 x 0.5 x 0.5 m up to 100 kg) – PLN 100 net
▪ Transport of long goods – profiles (max. 2.4 x 0.6 x 1 m up to 500 kg) – PLN 200 net
▪ Elementum own transport – calculated according to an individual rate
▪ External forwarding transport – calculated according to an individual rate
In the case of transporting dangerous goods (ADR), the Ordering Party may be charged additional fees resulting from ADR requirements (e.g. fees for a specialized vehicle, escort, additional documentation, cargo securing). The amount and rules for calculating such fees will be provided before the execution of the order or included on the carrier’s invoice.
3. Sprzedawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za jakiekolwiek szkody wynikłe z przestojów w realizacji zamówień́. W szczególności nie odpowiada za utracone korzyści Kontrahenta.
4. Deliveries are carried out in accordance with the Incoterms 2020 CPT rule.
5. The delivery period for the product begins from the date the payment is credited to the Seller’s bank account, from receipt of payment confirmation, or from the delivery date specified on the pro-forma invoice.
6. The following forms of goods collection are permitted, with the date of collection always requiring confirmation by both parties, including the indication of the person or company authorized to collect the goods on behalf of the Buyer:
6.1. Collection by the Buyer from the Elementum warehouse (Incoterms 2020; FCA Elementum warehouse or EXW Elementum warehouse).
6.2. Collection by a carrier/courier operating with the consent and knowledge of Elementum (Incoterms 2020 CPT delivery address indicated by the customer).
7. The Contractor is obliged to inspect the quantity and quality compliance of the goods each time upon receipt of the order. In the event of any discrepancies, the Contractor must prepare a damage or discrepancy report and submit it to the Seller within 7 calendar days by e-mail to: reklamacje@elementum.pl
8. If the Seller delivers goods that do not comply with the agreement (non-compliant delivery), the Seller shall bear both the costs of return transport of the goods and the transport costs of replacement goods delivered instead.
9. In the case of deliveries to other countries within the European Union and the European Economic Area, the Seller may provide documentation only in English and shall not be responsible for the approval, certification, or authorization of the product for use in any country other than Poland, including any additional fees related to introducing the product into a country other than the country of the Seller’s registered office.
